edreaderiOSwebsite32Ed-Reader App for iOS

These versions of the App are designed for the busy and "on the move" educational professional who wants to keep up-to-date with the latest education news and information provided by key organisations via their iPhone® or iPad®.

Both versions of the iOS App are ideal for leaders and managers, teachers and other professional educators in primary, secondary and special schools in the UK as well as school improvement professionals and parents, guardians and others with an interest in education. The Apps are easy to use and clicking on the links within the listed newsfeeds will display the full content from the organisation's website and the URL can be shared by email or via two social networks.

edreaderTSwebbutton1The professional version for iOS (version 4.1 upwards) shares the same functionality as the other Apps within our Ed-Reader App series. The App works with iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPod touch® and the iPad (in iPhone emulator mode). From the tab bar, bank buttons access the 15 pre-selected RSS feeds from key organisations via:edunewslitewebsmall

Two screen shots from the App are shown above. The main screen displays an RSS feed and the other shows the options to share the originating website article via email or through two social networks - Facebook and Twitter. The two App versions share the same functionality as the other Apps in our Ed-Reader App series.
